Description and parameters
Excellent for preserving and pickling vegetables, fruits, marmalades, pesto, mushrooms, etc. and for preserving pâtés, meat, meat mixtures and fat-rich food. Vacuum in the jar with a solid flip-top and high-quality seal remains preserved much longer; the shelf life of the preserved food is 3 to 6 years. The flip-top closures are made of high-grade stainless steel, the seal of natural rubber. Intended for both domestic and professional use.
