Instructions:
1. Finely grate cleaned potatoes, add eggs, pressed garlic cloves, plain flour, salt, pepper, marjoram and crushed caraway seeds and beat the mixture into smooth batter.
2. Rinse the meat, cut it into slices, tenderise and season it with a little salt.
3. Heat frying fat on a pan. Coat the meat slices on both sides first in plain flour, then in the potato batter and place them in the heated oil.
4. Slowly fry the coated meat on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
5. Leave the fried meat to blot on paper towels and serve. 6. Goes well with cabbage salad.
