Instructions:
1. Use the
pineapple slicer to make slices, pour sugar on top of each, brush with melted
butter and put aside.
2. Blend cream with sugar in a dish, add rum, liqueur and
whisk lightly. Then add vanilla and blend. Leave the whisked cream to cool.
3.
Grill the pineapple slices for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
4. Serve with the
flavoured cream, pour pineapple juice on top and garnish with peppermint
leaves.
