Application: Insert the spoon with the funnel into a tall glass with juiced lemon and ice cubes, hold the spoon in a vertical position and pour first gin and then tonic into the funnel, leaving tonic to run slowly along the handle into the glass (the usual gin-to-tonic ratio is 1:2). Take hold of the spoon by the funnel and carefully stir the drink by turning the loose end.
