Description and parameters

Modern cookware with unique glass/stainless steel covers, each featuring a port for inserting a thermometer to continually measure temperature during cooking. The covers can be safely set aside bottom up or hung on the vessel’s side handle or rim, reducing condensate running onto the worktop. The cookware can be stacked to save space. Solid stainless steel handles, extra thick layered bottom, measuring scale. The set includes Thermometer for cover GRADIUS, indicating recommended temperatures for preparing yogurt, sous-vide dishes, pasteurising milk, and preserving food. It is compatible with GRADIUS covers of all sizes. Made of high-grade stainless steel 18/10 and durable glass. Suitable for all types of stovetops including induction. The cookware, with covers but without the thermometer, is suitable for oven roasting. The cookware is dishwasher safe. Clean the thermometer with a damp cloth only; do not place it in the dishwasher. 5-year warranty.
