Instructions:
1. Cut
washed tomatoes into slices and spread on a plate. Add anchovies and black
olives.
2. Mince a clove of garlic in a dish. Gradually add olive oil while mixing
constantly; season with vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Coarsely chop
parsley leaves, sprinkle tomatoes with the chopped parsley and pour the
prepared dressing on top.
